Brut Nature by Julià & Navinés with no added sulphites is made only with Xarel·lo selected in vineyards of altitude greater than 350 meters. Minimum ageing of 15 months on lees. It has no added sugar.
Second fermentation in the bottle
Robust and fresh at the same time, with mineral notes, fine yeast and slightly spicy.
Intense pastry and candied white fruit with hints of nuts.
Ideal with all kinds of seafood and fish (especially tuna or salmon), creamy rice dishes and white meats in sauce.
